Key Responsibilities

• Passenger Assistance
  • Greet passengers, verify travel documents (e.g., passports, tickets), and issue boarding passes.
  • Assist with check-in, seat assignments, and special requests (e.g., wheelchair support, unaccompanied minors).
  • Provide flight updates, resolve complaints, and rebook passengers during delays/cancellations.
• Baggage Handling
  • Weigh, tag, and load/unload luggage onto aircraft.
  • Manage lost/delayed baggage claims and ensure secure transfers for connecting flights.
• Boarding & Gate Management
  • Organize priority boarding, check boarding passes, and ensure on-time departures.
  • Communicate gate changes or delays to passengers and crew.
• Safety & Compliance
  • Enforce security protocols (e.g., screening luggage, verifying passenger identities).
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and coordinate emergency responses (e.g., evacuations).
