Job Summary:
An Air Ticketing Executive is responsible for handling airline ticket reservations, issuing tickets, and assisting customers with flight-related inquiries. The role involves working with various airline booking systems, ensuring accurate ticketing, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book and issue domestic and international airline tickets using computerized reservation systems (GDS).
- Handle ticket cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds as per airline policies.
- Assist customers with flight inquiries, travel itineraries, and fare details.
- Provide information on baggage policies, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel agents to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure accuracy in ticketing and booking records to avoid discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Knowledge of airline fare rules, visa regulations, and travel documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple bookings.
