These terms and conditions govern your use of services provided by Kerala Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”). You agree to comply with these terms and conditions by accessing or using our services.
Kerala Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd a range of services, including professional training for Airport Ground Staff, Customer Service, and other airport-related services. The availability of certain services may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Online Applications must be filled in advance through our official website. Examination fee must be completed at the time of online application, and fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in specific service agreements.
All fees must be paid as per the schedule provided by the company. The fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance. Late payments may attract penalties and/or suspension of training. Additional charges may apply for extra training sessions, examinations, or certification fees. The Company reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrolment for violations of these terms or failure to meet academic or conduct standards. In case of dismissal, no refund of fees will be provided.
All prices are quoted in INR and may be subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, fees, and additional charges (such as intimation charges, service fees, etc.) will be added to the total amount due.
Candidates are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the online application. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the candidates.
Kerala Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd will not be liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by external factors such as weather, strikes, or unforeseen events. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect costs arising from such occurrences.
Candidates are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately while using our services. We reserve the right to deny access to services or remove any candidates from the premises who engage in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information following applicable privacy laws. By using our services, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Kerala Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
